Looks like the woods behind the Nationwide in Swindon? Either that or it's how Cavedale used to look in my mid before full suspension came along.

Looks a bit like the descent down to Seathwaite, Duddon Valley, which I hear has now been sanitised.

thanks wanted to try it out, its this months issue and a new bike so was hoping it'd still be around, will check out the suggestions

Pretty sure he is just in a river bed there, what with the built up banks and all. I think there are some bits like that up the top of Langdale and around the Helvelyn side of Thirlmere. I don't think it is a trail as such though

What davidm said. Looking at the rocks its central - langdale/wasdale head.

Anyone think Dirt has (pardon the pun) gone downhill? Thinner paperand it seems content.
