Suggest me a route when its really wet please ?

'Borrowdale Bash' starting at Keswick or go and do 'Hodge Close, Iron Keld and Loughrigg' towards Ambleside. I would suggest Grizedale too but it helps to know your way about down there.
There should be plenty of route guides or downloads of them (if you've a GPS).

Many of the good bridleways around Grizedale seemed too wet to ride well when I was there a couple of weeks back. Did bits of the NFT which were fine. Claife had some better riding conditions, and you could link this up with a ride over to Hodge Close through the quarries. Agree the Bash is rocky and likely to be fine. Would not fancy the decent from Watendlath in the wet, but I'm soft.
