When i sit on my KS Lev integra dropper post it sags about 40mm and then goes solid, although it drops and returns perfectly.I have increased the pressure to 200psi but it has made no difference. Any ideas please?

There's probably air on the wrong side of the ifp which compresses when you sit on the saddle.
It'll need a rebuild. You can do it yourself but it's not an official procedure KS Lev Rebuild
Or send it to stif/jungle for repair.

FYI - Southcoast suspension also does servicing on KS posts. Mine have all come back better than new.
