Hi all
just looking for some advice, I recently acquired a ks dropzone seatpost thing is it has vertical play. It moves up and down about 2cm when in the up and midway position. It seems fine when fully compressed, it happens when the remote is fitted and without.
ive been told this is normal..
Is it normal?
Any advice is appreciated.

If it drops when you apply weight to it then it probably needs a new cartridge assembly - £75 ish, if you lift the bike by the saddle when the post is dropped and it extends then that seems to be normal behaviour.
