Anyone got one of these for their kid?

the rear springs seem pretty hard for a young one, does it give a decent amount of movement?

Thanks

Yes, but your stinky has more travel. I owned a Stinky 2-4 for a little while. Had to swap the stock spring as I kept bottoming it out (I'm 8 1/2 st). I currently run a 450 spring on my Tazer with a 165mm eye to eye shock and the same travel, and a 350 spring on the Slopestyle with 7".

Konas typically work on roughly 3:1 link ratios, where as the majority of full sussers are typically a 2:1 ratios . So Kona's often do need higher spring rates compared to other bikes, even for the same travel.

My Coiler has an 850lb spring on it. ๐Ÿ˜ฏ It doesn't give it any more stiction, its just whats required for my weight and the 3:1 link ratio of the coiler.
