I would say Rockhopper Pro, nice and light, they ride real nice and i'm a fan of the M4 frame. Also the after service specialized deliver is second to none (i deal with them daily!). all based on personal opinion of course.

Really enjoyed riding my Wife's 08 rockhopper recently. Light and agile and what 25lbs-26lbs, with room to strip further weight off. I believe the M4 frame has not changed much, apart from fancy graphics.

What about a choice from these three !!

on-one-carbon-whippet-slx

£999.00 !!!

or a built up Ragley Blue Pig for just £1,250.00

or an one one summer season SLX for just over a "bag of sand"

What size are you looking for, reason being have a 21" Stumpjumper Marathon Carbon that am debating selling. Purchased the frame brand new at start of winter, and can honestly say it is mint as spent most of time of the FSR! Built up with SLX / XTR mix in a 1x9 (still have parts for the original Triple). Rockshox Sid Teams, Formula K24's, Speed Kings. complete build is just on 10kg complete.

You'll get change from your budget at least.

Drop me an email if interested.
