During my 1 x 11 conversion this morning, whilst removing the front mech, I spotted what a thought was a dent.
No visible broken paint & it looks a bit perfect, so I'm hoping it's meant to be like this:

Supposed to be there - needs to have that indent to allow ft mech function.
