There's one for sale at the moment in the sale section, ask him as he'll know

I've got one, but am 6 6 so can't help on size.
I get on well with it for commuting - a mix of on and off road.

A guy is selling one on the classifieds at the moment, only a couple of rides old.
Take a look, I think it's a 56 so should be about right for you.

thats what it'll be for, a mixed commute, plus winter/crap weather duties. I think a 56 should be ok, it will be on c2w so second hand isn't a goer. Thanks for the replies.

wors, I can give a bit more detail.
I got mine also on C2W, but managed to upgrade the wheels to hope pro2 on mavic open pro.

My commute is 13 miles each way, sometimes all on tarmac, sometimes all off road over the Pentland hills, so real offroad.

On the tarmac it feels fast, but copes with rough roads better than a road bike, and I like the disks for confidence.
Off road it is much faster than a hardtail on the smoother trials. Once it gets rough then it is hard work and rocky descents are scary and much slower.

I've found a good compromize on tyre pressure is abot 65-70psi. Any harder and off road is really uncomforatable, and lower and it seems to drag on tarmac.

My tarmac commute time seems to be the same as when I did it on my road bike. My off road commute time is now 1 hour, a good 10 mins faster than my hardtail.

I've got a small Kona Dew (49cm). I'm short though (5'6). It does feel quite small, compared to the strechedness of my Cotic Soul.

It's great though for my city commute hopping on and off cycle paths and cobbles. Keep wanting to stick some lighter components on it though!

I'm 5'10" and am selling a basically new 58cm only cos I don't use it. I ride a 56cm road bike. The bike is in the classifieds.

I'm 5'11" and have a Dew Plus (not drop bars), I don't have it with me today, but I think it's a 56cm frame and it seems to fit me well.

I have an older Dew and it's 56cm and quite short (but then it's a commuter/cruiser for me) and I'm also 5'11.
