I fancy putting some rigid forks on my old pace but 1 inch forks are a little rare. I'd like some old RC31s but don't think I'm going to find any at a reasonable price. Anyone know of anything suitable at a reasonable price? I've seen some on CarbonCycles but I'm interested to know of any alternatives.

Here's a pic of the old thing.

All depends what you consider a 'reasonable price'.

Personally, I think Exotic items are pretty cheap whereas someone else would consider a custom pair to be reasonable.

Ebay trawl as I'm sure they'll be a 'Chinese' factory pumping out such things. If you can buy a carbon fibre ladies shopper frame a set of 1-inch forks is going to be easy!

A wanted ad over at retrobike will probably turn up something suitable (RC31 or otherwise), and keep an eye on ebay of course.
