Can anyone recommend some good knee pads that don't cost the earth?

I've got the original Trail Skins, got them for about £45. I like them, vent well so can ride all day in them. Got a bit of side protection too which I have made use of recently.

My Troy Lee Speed Sleeves are great, very light and flexible thanks to D3Oness.
Cost less than the days wages I lost from not wearing them, picking up a 10 stitch gash on my knee they would have prevented...
edit £45.99 on CRC now, down from £60 I paid (and would pay again)
also have the TLD raids, for bigger trips
