I'm after knee and elbow protection recommendations please. This would be for trail riding and occasional Bike Park Wales and the like. So nothing too bulky needed.

Troy Lee speed sleeves saved me from a tonne of gravel rash yesterday along with matching knee pads.
Highly recommended.
