hi
My sons friend has a non disc compatible frame. I vaguely remember a conversion kit that you could buy to do a conversion.
Can any one shed some light on the matter for me?.

This ideally requires a rear dropout which has parallel vertical sides.
Super Cycles in Nottingham used to do an adapter which connected up to the canti studs, but it looks like they're not available any more. It was a copy of this one available in the US: http://bit.ly/hNz4EA
