Anyone 'upgraded' to one of these and does it make a difference? I'd need 2 🙁

If you've got the parts from some old headsets, save yourself the silly money chris king are charging to 'upgrade' your headset and try this:

I'd buy one just because it is a better solution to what I've got. No where in the Uk seems to sell them though.
