Been thinking of getting one of these for commuting, transfering all my kit of my rigid MTB, anyone know if you can run hydraulic calipers on these? All the review seem to have cable calipers on.

Don't see why not, though geometry may be for drop bars (3cm shorter top tube)?
Check also fork length, seatpost and front mech sizes, headset compatability, new cables etc...
