Does anybody know?
I am tempted with buying one, I would need to fit 35 mm tyres.

Easily.You'll get 38mm under a set of sks P45's.Chainstay clearance gets a bit tight after that (which is disappointing for a disc cx frame if you ask me).

Agree. My 40mm Smart Sams just fit (without guards obviously!).
