Was planning on using the scandal but have started to worry about how rigid it is for a big day out like this - should I bring the steel frame out to provide some comfort at the end of what is going to be a very very long day?

two scandals going from here, really not that harsh as a hardtail
Is a steel ht going to make any odds! better to save the weight

another scandal planned here. i usually find it pretty comfy on long days out.

Persuaded - Suspect kit worries are actually a distraction from the lack of training which is going to be a far bigger issue. Next question is fuel and feeding - what are others plans ?
