Any non expensive kids cycling jackets out there With a hood.?
Oldest son is currently using his puma football rain jacket but doesn't cover his lower back/backside as the cut isn't for cycling.
This jacket is only good for light showers, anything like the rain today and he gets soaked through.
Have a look on Dare2b or Regatta..... My lads last 2 riding jackets wear under £20.
Mine has a Madison Protec jacket which seems both robust and waterproof. Downside is that it's a big bugger to cart around when the sun comes out:

No hood though :/
Sorry forgot to add, something that's not too hot as he sweats alot.
Cheapo Muddy Fox and Sprayways here - they crash and trash em...so buy some tape.
Polaris for £8? http://www.polaris-bikewear.co.uk/Junior-Aqualite-Extreme-Waterproof-Jacket-p/pol01-5041-p.htm
There is a hood available as an accessory.
Was tempted by that Polaris, but reviews say it's a sweat box and elastic falling apart.
Decathlon is always good for kids stuff
