Hi all my son is starting to really get into his cycling and I am looking at getting him some proper kit as the weather starts to turn.
Any suggestions, he is ten if it helps at all.

There is some well priced stuff online at tenn

and it's pretty durable. My 2 have a fair bit of it.

Decathlon also great.

At 10 years he'll fit into Rapha ladies xxs stuff.

I never found any kids shorts that were fit for anything other than a 30 minute spin.

Thanks for the replies and richpips can I just say that you and your sons adventures and riding have spurred us both on, he likes me to read your blog to him.

Polaris do a reasonably decent kids range. My 6 year old daughter has a pair of baggies, a couple of SS tops and a great pair of all-season gloves.

Polaris, Dare2B, Altura and Decathlon for us. Think Foska may do kids jerseys as well.

At 10 he may fit into xs adult roadie kit. My 9 year old daughter was trying on a £50 Castelli top the other day 🙄

And small/xs Aldi gloves.

these are mine in the Tenn jerseys :

around £20 a go and they have held up really well. Their gloves at under a tenner are great too.
