Miss Toys19 no1 is 4 in april and has the family trait of being short in the leg arm and back areas, she is 89cm tall with an inside leg of about 30cm. She currently has a specialised balance bike and is doing very well and wants pedals for her birthday. The Dawes Blowfish range are pretty well made and aren't ridiculously heavy. They do a 12" wheel version that might suit.
