Found my eldest girls spesh hotrock in the shed from about 10 years ago and is in great condition bar a rusted bar.
For the life of me I can't understand why I bought it with 21 gears.
Thinking of ditching the gripshifts and making it 1x7 with a trigger shifter,but any advice on what tooth ring I should use (not sure of the cassette ratio) for a 10 year old?

Does the Islabikes site give specs that give details on the gearing ?
