I'm looking for a new rear tyre for when (if) it dries out and for trail centre stuff. the small block 8s look good, how do they come up size wise? wide, narrow or average? i'll be running a Intense 2.25 on the front and would be lookig for something a similar size on the back.
They have a fat carcass cos they have small knobs. (A bit like a lot of people on this website 🙂 )

They're great tyres on the back but very sketchy on the front ime
I've just put some front and back, not tried it yet but they're great on the back at least. They run wide though, a 2.1 is probably a 2.3 everywhere else
I wouldn't consider running a semi-slick on the front! I ran a panaracer razer mx for the last couple of years on the back but it's looking a bit worn now. how do the SB8s compare to those size-wise?
