Out for a run the other night through Thackley and we passed a whole 'chapter' of bikes all lit up it looked like that scene from close encounter. How many bikers are local to me? Never knew you were there. Nice to see though.

I often ride through after work, on one occasion I saw three separate clubs out in the distance between the sewage works bridge and the swing bridge at the bottom of the cut. There must have been about 70 riders over the course of about a km.

North Leeds often ride round that area. Don't know what numbers are like on their rides these days but I've bumped into them when they've had at least 20 riders out at one time.

I'm sure we passed north Leeds in calverley woods during this spring.
Quite well biked the woods round here. Apart from those churned up by horses.
I was pleased to see such a collection. Reminds me I need to ride my bike again.
