Something like 15 posts in the last 6 months or no using the classifieds.
Feedback would be good as I've found the amount of timewasters has gone up in the last few months.

How do we avoid a IWH?

I don't think you can Hora
Fortunately, rip off merchants aren't too common here & serial ones even less so

yeah - isn't it getting a bit "we're the real stwers"...that's a sure sign of the end of a forum...

I would be very very happy to pay a subscription to the forum - I must read more text on here than i do in the magazine itself.

great advice, frienly folk, a good classifieds - people would pay money for that - and maybe, just maybe the handful of "annoying" people that take advantage would go elsewhere...

If I outlaid £5 and swizzed someone out of £300 I'd consider it a great ROI though. A false sense of security sadly.

Anyway...Should be open season on those that take the mick (new folk) on classifieds....but then it would discourage potential new users?

Slightly OT- the new STW issue is quite good isnt it? Packed full of info this time.

haha not a chance, there are plenty of other forums, it just happens that STW layout is super nice and clean but also easy to replicate.

the only thing i ever agree on in these threads is you should have made a contribution to the forum of say 100 posts, but saying that many who just use the forum to buy and sell are honest people.

actually - my classifieds/bike/chat post ratio is probably quite poor, but then I think I enjoy reading the arguments, and generally search for information rather than reposting the same old questions...

the debate will run and run....
