Just landed and fitted the new Lauf grit SL's. Fitted to the croix de fer ti for some gravel action, these are much sleeker than the current grits and they have what looks like a carbon crown race. Haven't ridden them yet as still waiting for the caliper adapter. They look mighty fine though..

hmmm Nice looking bike but they look horrendous from an aero perspective and I can't help thinking that for small undamped travel the old Cannondale headshock solution, is more elegant solution.
They have one major benefit over the headshock, no maintenance...these are much less in your face than the original iteration, like them.

Nah, FurureShock only suspends the bars. HeadShock suspended the frame too.
I like em, think they look rad. Got nerve problems in my hands and long off road cx rides make it flair up, looking at a set of these. The frameset they sell where the fork part is colour matches makes it look a lot less wonky.

They may only mask the problem or delay its onset, depending on the cause which may be zero to do with bumps from the front wheel.
I've had fairly severe hand nerve damage and undamped suspension wouldn't fix it. It's likely that you need to change your position on the bike to get the weight off your hands (to reduce nerve bundle pressure in your back/neck etc that's linked to how you ride over rougher ground, nothing to do with the hands or bumps themselves), or stop holding the bars in a certain way. Anyway, don't let the damage get worse by not figuring out the cause - once past a certain point, nerve damage is permanent.
