I'm 90% certain, the eyelets have cracked around the nipple:

It's pretty much certain death if I use isn't it? Well, at least it'll fail pretty badly at some point soon... right?
Help appreciated before I buy a new rim.

Scrape paint away before you judge....
There is no eyelet, but the rim does look cracked. Unlikely to fail tomorrow but it's likely to one day.
There's a few of nipple holes that have striations coming from them. I did wonder if it were paint having cracked due to flex - but it's not a place I'd expect to see flex...
Hard to tell... could just be a bit of corrosion lifting the paint. As said ^^^^, scrape the paint back before judging.

I'd buy a new rim and keep it as a spare until that fails~ when it fails, it's not going to be too catastrophic~ no worse than a broken spoke, which generally results in a mildly irritating audible clinky ping, until such time as you sort it.
I'm pretty sure that looks like a sticker. Are you sure that's not a sticker? 😀
