[Closed] Jumping - Educate me

After some big offs, I've decided i'm going to focus on my jumping for a few hours this weekend. What better way to prepare myself for repeatedly smashing my face into the dirt than calling on the [s]contradictory[/s] collecetive knowledge of the STW community. So tips, pointers, step by steps or links to good vids would be much appreciated. (I know coaching would be an idea - i'm saving up!)
