My Joplin 3 is leaking oil, so I need to replace the seals I guess. Anyone know where you can get them from?

Still waiting on an answer from 2Pure to my last email from a couple of weeks ago!
I'd keep trying with the phoning but if you do email, make sure emails are directed to warranty @ 2Pure rather than info @ 2Pure.
Managed to get through yesterday and got a call back from Steve, the new warranty guy. Nice chap but he said they were still waiting for parts for my Joplin and will be another couple of weeks (It's been over a month already) 🙁
must be that fantastic customer service they are famous for!
are there seal equivalents of bearing companies - ie take them what you have and get some that match, cant imagine they are custom really but could be wrong
