I'm looking at getting a jones in one shape or form in the future.Ive got a monkey which I love the ride and feel.Has anyone upgraded? to a jones and been happy to spend the money or is the monkey as close for little outlay as your going to get? Perhaps you've had something else and bought a jones and thought it wasn't worth it? Thoughts and pics please. Thanks in advance.

But for me the extra you'll be paying on top of what that Monkey cost ......you could get a whole fat bike 😉

I have a steel Jones spacframe, i have never tried a KM though so can't comment on that bike. The Jones was a big decision for me because of the cost, however i am very glad i took the gamble and got one, i really dont regret paying out for it. The Jones feels like no other bike i have ever ridden. I would say that if you prefer a rigid bike you will love it.

A few people on MTBR seem to have gone from a KM to a Jones, could be worth a look/post there. Safe to say they're a quite different ride to other rigid bikes, fat bikes, etc. Unique even.
