To save experimentation, what width BB do I need for a SS setup.....

It's a 68mm shell.

If you plan on using a square taper BB the length will depend on what crank you use and what chainline your rear hub has.

It's nothing special though so just transfer the stuff from your old frame.

got a normal (well pimpy weight weenie) 68 - 113 in mine

The KM has a 73mm shell so that's no good for the Jones.

just use a couple of spacers like wot the 68/73 bb's come with. Funnily enough thin SS spacers work just fine ๐Ÿ˜€
