Well that was easy!

I'd set aside a couple of hours and had a swear box to hand after all the stories of pain and anguish only to spend as much time sweeping up mud in the conservatory as it took to get it all done.

I went for the Joes AM kit as it was about half the price of the Stans one on CRC ยฃ26.99 one

Did the conversion on Mavic 719s and used 2.35 high rollers. I had to remove the old rim strip as it was a bit thick, used the tape in the kit and it took me 30 mins in total for both wheels.

The only issue was with me being a moron and putting the rear tyre on backwards, deflated the tyre, flipped it round keeping the sealant in the bottom of the tyre, reseated and inflated again. simples.

Done with a track pump for both wheels as i was too lazy to use the 12v compressor i've got for the car (the kit comes with a schrader\presta convertor for compressor use)

I've only been up and down the road on it as i'm supposed to be off the bike for another week and a bit post op but all in all, a piece of piss!
