Hi,

My track pump has failed - Joe Blow Sport.  Gauge doesn't register pressure and pump gradually extends itself!

Also have a s****y Lezyne High Volume pump that's failed.  Plastic window on the gauge pops off and the air all escapes!

Any advice?  Is there a good track pump out there?  I think it's pumping a AirShot doing tubeless that's breaking them all!

Al

At the bottom of the pump is the check valve that stops the air from returning after each pump. Undo cap. There is a spring behind. Just pull it out and put back in again and this may sort your issue. May not fix gauge tho

Hi Gundax,

I can't help you with your Joe Blow, but the gauge on your Lezyne pump is replaceable! If you can, please submit a request to  https://support.lezyne.com/hc/en-us and our customer service team will be able to help you out!

Cheers!

Mine's also doing that, really pissed off. Tried taking the spring and plastic doodah and o-ring all out of the check valve and rebuilding, no avail. Also tried lots of chain lube in the top of the pump (wets seals etc) but still leaking backwards.

Any tips, anyone?
