Hey Gang.
The 10-speed jockey wheels on my XT mech are looking a bit spikey. Do I stick with Shimano or should I look at Hope or others?
Also who is doing the best deals? If I'm being asked to pay £30 for a pair of jockey wheels, would it be better to go for a deal on the new SLX with clutch mech? Sorry to combine so many questions together but your thoughts would be appreciated.
Shimano ones take some beating IMHO. And you could go for slx instead XT. you need to want Hope ones:-)
I've see the ebay alloy wheels fold over, they will straighten, but not fun.
Shimano SLX jockey wheels 7 Euro, and XT 14 Euro from the usual German shops. But reading between the lines you're just looking for an excuse to buy a clutch mech, so... they're not worth it - get a new mech! 😉
