Are these compatible across groupsets? I need some for my Ultegra mech, but crc only have the top pulley in stock. Can I buy one for an earlier (9 speed) mech? Or a 105 set? Or should I just get a new mech, since you don't seem to save much?

have had kcnc's on my mtb for 18 months now, and had no problems,
