9 speed Shimano (LX) - anywhere that they aren't around a tenner to replace? Seems a bit pricey, but maybe I'm out of touch.

I just got some cheap tacx ones from me mate at the lbs, cost me a couple of pints in return if I remember correctly. Had the lower one sieze on me last week though but nothing a strip and regrease didn't fix...

I'd avoid jockey wheels with bearings in, bushes are better as they don't seize.
