Thats northshore you would'nt want to fall off / practice on.
Thats one trail it would make no diffrence if you was wearing a helmet or not.

Were they wearing harnesses if so that's a bloody long wire. I'd have to think twice about walking that.

I'd definitely put my narrower bars on but would love to try it. Most of it seems no worse than normal single track, you just have that cliff on the left making it more difficult. Jedi's Herts shore stuff is a million times harder and surely the consequences are just as bad.
