morning....
any one bought a frame from them? how was it, easy or a bit of a faf?
cheers
(they don't sell all brands overseas)
Jenson is fast, easy and very likely to incur you the proper charges (4% then plus VAT on the whole lot) for importing and a tenner or so for administrating the charge
yeah... just did the maths online and i reckon i would only save myself a couple of hundred at the most... bugger! hate the fact that there is such a mark up on some brands, niner frames in particular
by mark up you mean import duty and VAT
I doubt they would sell you a NIner or SC due to restrictions on markets.
everything in the uk is bloody expensive! and its worth a shot to see if they will... re did the maths and saving a grand over all on frame and fork (including taxes) isnt to be sniffed at imo
by mark up you mean import duty and VAT
And that massive gurt big Jungle UK tax ๐

How else do you expect them to run a fleet of Ferrari's???
I did about 10 years ago - just an xc Jamis frame, but it was so cheap that after their hefty dispatch price & tax I still saved money.
Efficient.
If you had a friend in canada could you get them to buy it for you then ship to uk and save on taxes etc ??
nice idea but sadly everyone i know that lives abroard is europe or asia...
