So I saw some Reba 29 RLT on their website yesterday for £280, tapered and 15mm so just what I wanted. After reading some horror stories on here I was really hesitant about ordering them. I emailed them to check the forks actually existed. I got a quick reply, ordered them about 1pm yesterday and they turned up 3pm today. They're great - just what was advertised. I had a niggling doubt they were goin to turn up with some sort of problem/issue, but all is well.

Me too, bought exactly the same forks and managed to find a discount code which took them to £254. Bargain and delivered within 2 days.

on the flip side - i ordered a mech on wednesday, emailed yesterday about dispatch to be told - 5-7 days to be picked from the warehouse. I asked if i could collect from the shop - "no".
Cancelled and ordered from merlin - mech on bike this afternoon!
Same here,ordered 2 tyres this week,turned up 2 days later and exactly what i ordered,maybe they've upped their game!
