big thanks to the staff at je james cycles as theyve saved my bank holiday welsh biking tour. i had a problem with my stroker ace and slow lever return last week so i spoke to je james who got in touch with hotlines and within 3 hours had rang me back to say warranty slow lever kit is on its way, yesterday i got a call from je james thst the kit had arrived with them and they would try there best to get it to me today. knowing i had alot of biking planned this weekend and didnt want to change brakes over from the other bike. good old royal mail turned up today recorded delivery with the kit. so big thanks to je james and royal mail for not spoiling my weekend!
