I think the forks are spun through 360 degrees more than anything else, easily done when they come out of the box. Oh and the disc rotor is the wrong way round. And I bet 10p the wheel isn't bottomed out in the dropouts.

He seems quite pernickety about bolt torque. Although maybe there's something to it as I recently had exactly the same ticking stem he's talking about.
He is but I suspect that's a very passive aggressive response to other videos where people say USE A TORQUE WRENCH NOOB. He does say something along those lines but the whole "I will now raise the torque levels several times while working in perfect opposition like I'm fitting a cylinder head" is so OTT I'm half sure it's all just a subtler version of the same thing
If I had a wera torque wrench I'd want to over use it too

9nm for the stems face plate, surely not, that's excessive even for the steerer clamp if it's got m6 bolts, if he puts the bike any higher he'll need a step ladder to reach it.
Couldn't watch any further... someone please tell me he cleaned the rotor after smearing his hands over it?
