Not forgetting a somewhat lackadaisical attitude towards out of competition drug testing too...
Well given there is now an African UCI Pro Continental Team, maybe cycling in non-traditional areas will take off as a sport (not just a mode of transport)
I would like to see it as I reckon they will bring a new dimension and life to the sport with big characters and insane performances ๐
Jamaica hasn't signed up to the Caribbean wider drug testing agreement, so a road team should be possible ๐
