Just been out on my new Cove Stiffee and it's ace! So thought I'd show a pic of the bike plus my custom stem cap that I've had done for me hehe
I swapped all the parts from my On One SS and added a new Thomson post & clamp and new SDG saddle. It came with a Hope headset which was still lovely and smooth so I've left that on. Looks kinda sweet to me any way.

Good looking bike, that 8)
Hadge, that's ace mate - good work.
The misaligned tyre logos are offending me
Neat, not sure about the white hubs though.
Nice bike,Paul...apart from the white hubs..
Nice, where did stem cap from
Nice bike mate. Ive just joined the Stiffee crowd as well and i'm loving it
I make the stem caps at BETD Goldtec and I had the etching put on for me - perks of the job.
Is that the anodised grey and if so what size?
Yes it's the anodised grey and it's a 17.5" frame as well.
Looks nice, I like the colour 🙂
Nice bike, welcome to the club, they're great 😀
Dare I ask how tall are you and how much for frame only did purchase it for?
I'm 5ft 8ins on a good day and the fit is just right. I bought the frame second-hand but if you want new CRC are doing them in Ano Grey for £320 delivered which to me is a bargain.
Can get it new for £287.10! been a while since I rode a alu Ht frame.
@ 6ft, wondering if a medium will fit ok.(?)
Is it stiff out back or does it float over roots etc at speed?
It's stiff! I had a Pace RC303 and ran that with an Easton EC70 Carbon post that took a bit of the sting out of it but in all honesty it wasn't what you'd call an "all day bike" But I've bought this for having fun on on my local trails and as a commute as I have a Turner 5 Spot for other riding as well.
If you can get one for that price it's a steal and you won't loose any money on it in time to come. Plus the ano versions are better than the painted ones as Cove paint is notorious for being poor.
Size wise I'm not sure and you may need the large but ask the STW members and see what they think. If you want a chuckable bike it might be right.
