No, but I guess a lot of people enter! I’ve not bothered this year, seems like waste of two quid
There's a few tens of thousands of cycling fans I don't know. None of the people I do know has won an ITV TdF prize draw though.
And are all cycling fans donkey lovers too?

I entered the first one, even though I don't want two rim braked road bikes. The Cannondale that seems to have replaced it has discs though. Did someone already win the Boardmans?
