Just got back from an hours pootle round the village on a load of Cheeky stuff.
Frosty under tyre and quiet, thick ice in places though
No pushing myself to gain fitness, no rush to be home by a certain time, no camelbak, just a seat pack and bottle in a cage.
Must be months since i just went on a ride for a rides sake.
Just finishing off with a cup of tea laced with some loverly Dalwhinnie 😆 whilst Mrs Chuck is making tea.
Life can be good at times 😀

Just got back in from my local loop .. Sun was out, no breeze and the ground was still frozen solid .. perfect conditions.
The first few minutes was lovely on my ride. Next twenty were not so nice- ice everywhere.
Just got back from a 3 hour ride / play at swinley. Blue skys,Really Bright Sunshine, Mostly firm and grippy ground, with a coating of frost.Loads of frozen puddles to ride over.
Had a brilliant time

had a 4 hr loop round our way today,conditions were brilliant.
first time i've ridden the ss in anger too.
god those bikes can be so much fun!!!!!!!!
