Hi all,
In preparation for moving abroad, I've been tasked with selling my girlfriends bike. Before I dive into the classifieds or eBay, I thought I'd better got some idea of what it could be worth first.
It's a Kona Dew Deluxe bought in about 2006 for £500 I think. It's in fairly good condition, not a huge number of miles, but it could do with a service probably and some new cables etc.
Brief spec: 16" frame, 29" wheels, 8 speed, shimano cable disc brakes, deore rear mech, project two risky forks, green bell with pink flowers.
Thanks! R
Usually a bike us worth 50-60% of the RRP after one year, then lop 5-10% off that per year in average nick.
Which would be about £160-£180 by now I reckon, but if it's in good nick and you service it and do those cables, you'll get more than that for it IMO. You need a good knack for writing adverts basically!
