Halfords is a better bike shop that the LBS...
I must say that the LBS's hold a greater stock of better kit, but they are not the best people to deal with.
I was servicing my rear wheel and found that my Locking ring was threaded, so i thought i would give halfords a try and they had one lieing around in there tool box, and... wait for it... they give it me for free 🙂
