Just wanted to say thanks to both wiggle and osprey, for having good customer service people.
Not only do they deal with the problem, but they were also both very human in the process (especially osprey, I'd more than happily buy their stuff again!).
It must one of those days I think.
I've also received some great customer service news but will hold back from naming until it's in my hands

My eldest just called after seeing the ENT doctor, and whatever is wrong with his thyroid, it doesn't appear to be cancer.
