Pivot Mach 6. Took over four months to get then frame I wanted, but totally worth the wait. Looking freakin' awesome in my completely biased blinkered point of view. Tomorrow shall be a day of larfs! Well, I hope it's as good as I remembered the demo bike to be.

Big, BIG thanks goes out to Billy Bilsland Cycles in Glasgow, they were amazing in sorting out the issues of getting the frame over and always kept me up to date with what was happening. Top shop, top fellas and delivered me a superb new bike.

Probably won't be too popular as it's plastic, 11 speed and 27.5" wheels, but hey-ho. I like it. ๐Ÿ™‚

I like that, don't normally like boingers, but that's proper.

I wish I had something witty to say about the condition of your house, but it too looks blooming nice, maybe just off camera there's a few bin bags being used as temporary wardrobes or maybe the floors covered in baby sick...

I'm impressed.

Looks good. I thought you were joining the Ibis clique? At least it won't feel like I've gate crashed an Ibis day out if I ever manage to get away with you chaps again.

That was the original plan Rickos, but 27.5 came into the equation and felt the HDR was a kinda hybrid of both. Plus I couldn't get a test ride, tested this and it blew me away. Amazing bike. Crap rider, but amazing bike!

@dingabell, I know, I asked in the shop if they were the 750mm ones as they look wider than my 750mm Havocs, but the are 750!

@iolo, it was pretty expensive, but I did get carried away with the spec. But got a great deal. Billy Bilsland Cycles are chaps to speak with!

If it's as good as my mach 5.7 carbon you are going to be very happy ๐Ÿ™‚

The guys at Upgrade (importers) take care of you too if issues arise.

We all have to make sacrifices.

First ride of it today. Awesome. First crash of it. Not so awesome.

was it due to the 27.5 " wheels?

Yes. Yes it was. Had absolutely nothing to do with a spacker rider. N.O.T.H.I.N.G.

Obviously staying on the trail will be a lot harder when it's alive.

Pictures on the wall are not quite lined up ๐Ÿ˜‰

Frame is very purposeful looking with it's slab sides. Looks pretty strong.
