A few of us are headed over there for a long weekend of biking and beer, and plan to camp as well. Can anyone reccomend which part of the island to stay in to be nearish the best trails (i know its not exactly massive but still!) and even a campsite as well?

thanks

Oh and I noticed this site has some decent looking trails on it - are there any locals around who could bung up a linky to some other nice trails or anything?

the southern half is best and there is a v good campsite at Ninham with a bridleway running straight through and up onto the downs. not sure what pubs are in walking distance but must be some within half a mile.

TimCave showed me around a couple of years ago...I don't know if he's still around here but I think he's in touch with Juan/WCA etc.

It was a great ride, suprisingly tough and with a good pub ๐Ÿ™‚
