Hi, my daughter has a cnoc 16 and is starting to be pretty confident on singletrack.Im looking to upgrade the tyres as the standard issue ones aren't great for off road.
Has anyone got any ideas on the max width I can get away with please?
I've found some continental 16/1.75, will these fit with clearance?

When doing the same for my daughters Beinn I just had a look on the Islanmbikes website to see what their "upgrade" tyre was.

I just put some 1.75” Schwalbe Mad Mikes on my daughter’s Cnoc 16. Loads of clearance, but I think the OEM rims are slightly narrow for these tyres, they look a bit ‘ovalised’.
