Also, I don't really get the comments against ISIS that seem to be made often. I've had external BBs and have never found them to last. Since fitting an SKF ISIS BB to my Nicolai, it has been amazing - not a problem at all.

Superstar. I got 2 years perfect use and it still has some wear left in it.
The FSAs ones I had listed about 6-10 rides each
I comes down the size of your balls.
